What is life coaching?
Life coaches are people who guide others that may be confused, stressed by or struggling with the way their lives are.
Life coaches support these people with goal setting, personal growth and making changes that help improve the person's life, allowing the person to take control and self-manage their future.
What is the difference between a Counselor and a Life Coach?
A Life coach focuses on creating a new life path to achieve certain goals. Whereas counselors focus on specific problems and look into emotional resolutions to past problems to move forward, finding solutions to those specific problems, while making 'healing' as one of the main objectives.

I have strategic calls where we can talk about where you currently are and where you want to be. I also have programs that help develop understanding, skills and knowledge to empower you to overcome challenges, and limited one on one coaching sessions for specific personalised coaching for Highly Sensitive People and People with Social Anxiety.
